Hi. Good day. It's Francis Hunt, the Market Sniper, and this is CantosCharts.

We're going to take a peek at a couple of commodity UK stocks to start off.

First I have Tallow Oil. Oil price is obviously a very key factor in terms of this stock but you can see that we did have a nice break a while back in and around the December period. It has made very good progress. Approaching an interim target now, so might be losing a little bit of momentum and have a slight pullback. Obviously the oil price is going to play a big role in terms of that. So just nice to have an update on Tallow.

Also Aquarius Platinum. I like this one in the long run. It has also just recently broken out. It's a lot earlier in its stage. It is still interesting to me and it has a pattern within a pattern. You can see we have three distinct cycles on the far right. However, that all falls into an even bigger wave over here, so I like this one and I think there is upside to come. So we could see maybe the bullion markets or platinum reassert. Clearly, the platinum price will play a big role in that, but this stock is looking quite positive.

One I covered before was Diageo. We had a lovely break and it met its target really quickly, so you can spot the trade in that and that was in and around last year October/November period. Now have a look, since then you could still purchase this share for the same price that you would have got out at your target, so this is a nice price behaviour chart just to give you the feel.

After you hit that target, you can see how we lose our momentum. It has stalled well back. Most of the time it has been below that level and only recently has it come back in. Also, I've placed a blue box around it. You can see how it is huddled up between the primary target level and the interim target level, so it's a classic clustering on key levels of significance, so that's an interesting in case price study. It's not a recommendation by any means, but one to keep an eye on.

Finally, for those of you that follow the American markets a little, Baidu is known the Google of Chinese market, essentially. It's had results that were announced recently and those went rather well. It sets up nicely for a pattern break. Really tight risk that you're able to get it to, so the market went really silent before the news release. However, the pre-price behaviour was hinting to an upside pop and that's exactly what we got. It's now in quite a tight range at the moment. It has taken out an interim, so it is possible it might pull back before going on to meet its full target. It's very well speculated on this particular stock in the US and even over here.

However, bear in mind, and I've dropped a timeframe to show you, when you look at the volume in the chart and in fact the result news saw a big, big gap. So bear in mind around key news price behaviour can jump on stocks particularly. There was no trade in-between the two orange lines, so that's where the value of the interim target, where you might set a get out point if you had got in just prior to the news release and that's been very helpful. It would have been a great exit to get out just above the top orange line.

So that's Francis Hunt, the Market Sniper. We still have a free DVD. That's available on themarketsniper.com. Goodbye and have a lovely day.
