We are running six prize draws with each draw giving somebody the chance to win a £50 iTunes gift card. The terms and conditions for this prize draw are set out in the answers to the following questions. Please read them carefully because entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Good luck!

1. When will the prize draws take place?

The six prize draws will take place monthly between 1st [October] 2010 and 1st [March] 2011 – each draw will take place on the first day of the relevant month, or on the nearest working day thereafter. The prize draw on the 1st [October] 2010 will be in respect of entries made prior to 1st [October]. The prize draw for each subsequent month will be in respect of entries made during the immediately preceding month.

2. How can you enter?

All you need to do to enter is become one of our registered users and make sure you have: (a) completed 100% of your profile information on Cantos.com; (b) clicked the “Update Profile” button by the final closing date of the draws (set out in 1 above); and (c) not opted out of receiving marketing communications from us. Please note that we accept no responsibility for incorrectly completed or late entries.

3. How many of the draws can you enter?

You can only enter one draw. The draw you enter will be the one that follows you completing your profile 100%. You will not be entitled to enter, nor will we enter you for any further draws.

4. How many times can you enter the draw?

Only one entry per person is allowed.

5. How will winners be selected?

The winner of each draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries we receive for that draw. We reserve the right to check the eligibility of entrants and we may require you to give us such information as we think is necessary to verify the eligibility of your entry. We may even withhold the prize until we are satisfied with the verification. Our decision is final.

6. How will you know if you have won and how will you claim your prize?

If you win we will notify you by email within a reasonable time. You will then need to provide us with a postage address and we will post your prize to that address. We will not hold or use the postage address for any purpose other than to send you your prize.

7. What happens if we cannot contact you or if you do not claim your prize?

If we cannot contact you using the email address we have for you, or if you do not claim your prize within thirty (30) days once we have contacted you, or if you decline your prize, we will deem the prize as unclaimed or declined and we may draw another winner. We will not be responsible if you fail to claim your prize.

8. Who can enter?

The prize draws are only open to UK residents (including residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over. The prize draws are not open to our employees, to any employees of our subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. We will not accept any third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents.

9. Could the prize change?

Possibly - we reserve the right to provide a substitute prize(s) of a similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. None of the prizes are transferable.

10. What will we do if we suspect fraud?

If we suspect that fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of one of the draws has taken place, we reserve the right to end or suspend one or more of the draws, to amend these terms and conditions, to declare void the notification of winner(s), and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.

11. If you win will we ask you to do anything?

In addition to claiming your prize, we may ask you to participate in publicity connected with the prize draws and by entering a draw you agree that we can make your name and country of residence publicly available if you win.

12. How can you obtain a list of the winners?

You can obtain a list of the winners of the draws by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope (detailing your request) to us. Our contact details are set out below.

13. Can we cancel or amend a prize draw?

Whilst we hope that we will not have to, we do reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend one or more of the prize draws and/or to review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving you prior notice. If you subsequently continue to take part in a prize draw, you will be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. Such suspension, cancellation or amendment or revised terms will be made available on our website.

14. What law governs the prize draws?

This prize draws are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
